How do I schedule pickup?
After you book, you'll receive a link to schedule your pickup window. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening slots.
What if my boxes are damaged?
All shipments are fully insured up to $1,000 per box. If anything is damaged, file a claim and we'll process your reimbursement within 5 business days.
