What comes in a flatpack kit?
Each kit includes sturdy shipping boxes sized for carrier requirements, bubble wrap, packing paper, tape, and pre-paid shipping labels. Kits are available in S, M, L, and XL.
How do I hand off my boxes?
After booking, you'll receive labels and carrier instructions. Pack your flatpack boxes and drop them off with the selected carrier.
What if something gets damaged?
Every shipment is fully insured. If anything is damaged, you will be reimbursed for the full value.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. You will receive real-time tracking updates via text and email from carrier acceptance to delivery.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 5-7 days before you want to drop off your boxes, particularly during peak intern season (May-June).
How does return shipping work?
Return shipping follows the same process. When your internship ends, book a return shipment and ship your belongings back home.
